The suite offered ample space for my needs. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of choices. The omelets were cooked quickly and brought to the table. The ground-level location of the suite was very convenient. I think all units are ground level.
The room's tap didn't work properly, so the shower was either too hot or too cold. the engineer tried to fix it, but nothing changed

the breakfast offered a good variety.
Our room had a noticeable issue. The air conditioning proved inadequate for cooling both levels of our two-story suite. pests from outside found their way into the room. the check-in staff did not exhibit sufficient knowledge of the package we had booked.

breakfast was great. the staff were very friendly and professional. whenever i came or went, i was greeted with smiles.
The shower tap did not work, resulting in either boiling hot or stone cold water. The engineer's fix did not resolve the issue, it was not convenient.

I really liked the location. I could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Breakfast was VERY good. Coffee was great. The staff always acted polite and remained helpful.
My room's shower had temperature regulation issues. It was either too hot or too cold.

Breakfast had an egg station where you could watch your eggs being cooked to order. Nasi goreng seemed to be the BEST item on the breakfast menu. Cocktails tasted nice at the bar.

The staff was always friendly and smiled at all times. Staff were very helpful and polite, always welcoming guests. I noted that all staff members seemed willing to help in any way possible.

The main pool felt intimate and relaxing; a small pool bar sat nearby. I observed that the resort is located down a side street; therefore, the area is removed from the main noise. The location is convenient.
